Attorney F. Michael Keefe attended the State University
of New York at Plattsburg, New York where he majored in English
Literature. While attending college he also worked as a track maintenance
worker for the Delaware and Hudson Railway for eight years. He graduated
Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Plattsburgh in May of 1982.
Prior to college, Attorney Keefe served in the U.S. Army from 1973
to 1975, where he was a Top Secret classified document custodian
for the 18th Airborne Corps at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He was
honorably discharged from the military in October 1975. He used
his veteran's benefits to assist him in both undergraduate school
and law school and also worked full time through both endeavors.
He attended Franklin Pierce Law Center from 1983 through 1986.
He was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar Association in October
of 1986 and to the Maine Bar Association in May of 1987, and has
remained a member in good standing in active practice since that
time. He was also at that time admitted to practice in both the
Federal District Court and the Federal Bankruptcy Court for the
District of New Hampshire. He is an original member of the New Hampshire
Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He was briefly employed as
an associate attorney at the former Manchester firm of Hage and
Hodes, a three person firm, prior to starting his own practice in
April of 1988.
Now entering his seventeenth year of practice, Attorney Keefe has
served thousands of clients in the greater Manchester area and throughout
the State of New Hampshire. He has developed a valuable and loyal
client base. His areas of practice are varied, and include criminal
law, bankruptcy (representing primarily debtors in Chapter 7 and
13 proceedings), domestic relations, personal injury law, and a
general civil litigation practice.
His primary area of personal interest has always been criminal
law practice which is challenging and ever changing. Among other
things, he has been lead counsel in two homicide cases and co-counsel
in two other homicide cases which has served to prepare him to handle
almost any litigation matter imaginable, however complex.
Attorney Keefe resides in Bedford, New Hampshire with his wife
Renee and their four children, ages 10-15½. He values the time they
spend together as a family, and enjoys skiing, boating and vacationing
with his family. He is an avid drummer, and his other interests
include billiards, reading and golf (a newfound passion as a result
of his boys' interest). He is a long suffering Red Sox fan and also
follows the Patriots and Celtics regularly. He is also a faithful
Manchester Monarchs fan, and is a regular at all home games.
Attorney Keefe brings a combination of maturity, real world experience
and real world values to every case he handles. He uses those skills
and experiences to obtain results that his clients deserve.

Attorney Shaunna L. Browne was born and raised in Manchester,
New Hampshire. After graduating from Memorial High School she attended
the University of New Hampshire in Durham for one year and then
transferred to Notre Dame College where she received her Bachelor's
Degree in Paralegal Studies. While attending Notre Dame College,
Attorney Browne worked full time during the day and attended classes
in the evening.
Attorney Browne's first law related employment opportunity occurred
when she began working as a Court Assistant with the Hillsborough
County Probate Court. She was then hired as a real estate paralegal
for a national firm that concentrated in the areas of bankruptcy,
foreclosure, and evictions.
In 1995, Attorney Browne graduated from Notre Dame College and
began law school at New England School of Law, in Boston, Massachusetts.
During this time, she also worked full time and commuted three evenings
per week to Boston for four years. During her law school career,
Attorney Browne worked as a family law paralegal for a sole practitioner
who concentrates in family law and practices in Manchester. She
was able to gain significant hands on real life experience while
working as a paralegal.
After being admitted to the New Hampshire Bar Association, Attorney
Browne began practicing as an associate attorney, primarily in the
area of family law. She has found that family law is a varied and
dynamic area of practice. She is very aware of the emotionally charged
atmosphere that family law matters create and she is accustomed
to dealing with a variety of minor and major "emergency" situations.
She has litigated very complex and difficult divorce, custody and
abuse and neglect matters and has strived to utilize her years of
training and education to obtain the positive results every client
deserves.
Almost immediately after passing the New Hampshire Bar, Attorney
Browne joined Keefe Law Offices as an associate attorney, due to
her desire to expand her areas of practice to include bankruptcy,
general civil litigation and especially criminal defense. In March
of 2002, just over one and a half years with Keefe Law Offices,
Attorney Browne proved her ability and dedication and was recognized
by being made a partner in the firm, now known as Keefe and Browne,
P.A.
While Attorney Browne's practice continues to focus primarily on
family law issues, she has recently begun acting as co-counsel with
her partner, F. Michael Keefe, in criminal defense work for felony
level crimes. She has found that work in the criminal area of law
has helped her to fine tune her skills as a trial attorney, which
has greatly benefited her family law practice and clientele.
She resides in Manchester, New Hampshire with her husband, Timothy
Dwyer, and her twelve year-old stepson. She values the time she
spends with her family and she enjoys a wide variety of activities,
which includes skiing, water sports, boating, biking, and reading.
She brings a high level of enthusiasm, understanding and knowledge
to the practice and enjoys working with clients so as to make their
foray into the legal arena as stress free as possible. She utilizes
her skills and expertise to get the results that her clients desire
and deserve.
