Bankruptcy Law. Please call for further information on how

In order to file for bankruptcy
within the State of New Hampshire, you must have resided here
for at least 180 days (six months) and not filed for Bankruptcy
within the past six years. That timeframe may be changing
with other radical amendments to our Bankruptcy Code pending
in Congress, but for now an individual can file a Chapter
7 Bankruptcy liquidation every six years.
